Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and highly discreet Private Lifestyle Coordinator with a luxury focus to join our dedicated team serving ultra-high-net-worth clients in Naperville, Illinois. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the personal and professional lives of our discerning clients, anticipating their needs, and executing requests with precision, sophistication, and a deep understanding of luxury standards. This is an on-site position requiring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively anticipate and manage complex personal and professional calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries for high-profile clients.
  • Coordinate and execute bespoke luxury travel arrangements, including private jet charters, yacht rentals, and exclusive villa bookings.
  • Plan and manage high-end events, private dinners, and special occasions, from concept to flawless execution.
  • Facilitate unique luxury experiences, including VIP access to cultural events, concerts, fashion shows, and sporting events.
  • Source and manage relationships with elite vendors, ensuring the highest quality of service for personal shopping, household staff, and specialized service providers.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage various personal projects, errands, and requests, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, ensuring their preferences are understood and expectations exceeded.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a high-touch client service role, executive assistant, or private concierge capacity, preferably supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a sophisticated demeanor.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the luxury market, including high-end brands, travel, and services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or client management software.
  • Unwavering commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and a solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
