Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Logistics Fleet Scribe to join our innovative team, focusing on the autonomous aspects of our rapidly evolving fleet. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute to cutting-edge logistics operations from anywhere. As a Scribe, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, documenting operational procedures, and supporting the data integrity of our autonomous vehicle fleet. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and compliance of our next-generation logistics systems, ensuring seamless integration of autonomous technologies into our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document daily fleet activities, including autonomous vehicle dispatch, route completion, and incident reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital records of autonomous fleet data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with fleet managers and autonomous technology specialists to compile and organize operational data.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of standardized operating procedures for autonomous logistics processes.
  • Monitor data inputs for discrepancies and proactively resolve issues to maintain data integrity.
  • Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, autonomous system uptime, and key operational metrics.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by providing accurate and timely data records to technical teams.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings to discuss operational updates and process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with logistics management systems (LMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or logistics support role.
  • Associate’s degree or relevant certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
