Job Description

GoDaddy is seeking a Junior AI Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team in Scottsdale. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing marketing campaign performance, identifying key trends, and assisting in the implementation of AI-driven strategies to optimize our customer acquisition and retention efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data from various channels (e.g., paid search, social media, email, display).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of AI-powered tools and models for audience segmentation, content personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging AI applications in marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and content, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Help manage A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign elements and user experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and their application in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
