Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Success team, assisting with scheduling, data entry, and report generation.
  • Monitor and respond to player inquiries and and feedback across various platforms, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer success resources and knowledge bases.
  • Coordinate meetings and virtual events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Help track customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, QA) to resolve customer issues and enhance player experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
