Job Description
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Counters to join our team for night shifts on a casual basis. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth store operations. As an Inventory Counter, you will be responsible for systematically counting and recording merchandise during non-operating hours, contributing significantly to our inventory management accuracy. This position offers flexible scheduling with shift-based pay, ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income or evening work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate physical counts of merchandise and reconcile with system records during night shifts.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other inventory tools to record stock data.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or misplaced items.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for inventory management.
- Work independently or as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
