Job Description
Are you a natural people-person with a passion for fun? Playland at the PNE is seeking an energetic and outgoing Carnival Game Attendant to join our team in New Westminster for upcoming seasonal events. You’ll be the heart of the carnival experience, guiding players, explaining rules, and celebrating their victories. Key Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically invite guests to participate in carnival games.
- Clearly explain game rules, objectives, and prize structure to players.
- Operate game equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized game booth area.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Award prizes and congratulate winners with genuine excitement.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Troubleshoot minor game malfunctions and report major issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality; a true extrovert.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of guests, including children and adults.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
