Job Description

Hilton Garden Inn Espanola is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants. No experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to Hilton Garden Inn standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
  • Ensure all linens are changed and rooms are stocked appropriately.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
  • Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional demeanor with guests and fellow team members.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the shift.
  • Assist with laundry operations as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to stand, bend, sto and lift for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of English for communication.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment (though training will be provided).
