Job Description

Hilton Garden Inn Espanola is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants. No experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to Hilton Garden Inn standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
- Ensure all linens are changed and rooms are stocked appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
- Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional demeanor with guests and fellow team members.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the shift.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, bend, sto and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of English for communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment (though training will be provided).
