Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant. No prior experience is necessary – we are ready to train the right candidates who possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment during their stay. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (e.g., toiletries, coffee, towels).
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work cart and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner when encountered.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
