Job Description

As an HCA, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals, supporting patients with their daily needs and contributing to a positive healing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring and ambulating.
- Measure and record vital signs, report any changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
- Document care provided and patient observations accurately.
- Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Support nurses with various tasks as directed, contributing to efficient patient care.
- Adhere to all Bryan Health policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
