Job Description

No prior experience in healthcare is necessary – we believe in nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any changes.
- Help patients with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comfortable atmosphere.
- Assist with basic medical procedures under direct supervision.
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and hospital policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
