Job Description
Are you passionate about hair and eager to master the art of hair extensions? Hedkandi Salon is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Hair Extensions Trainee to join our vibrant team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience to step into a high-demand, specialized field within the beauty industry. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training from our master stylists, learning cutting-edge techniques in various hair extension methods. Key Responsibilities
- Undergo intensive training in all aspects of hair extension application, maintenance, and removal.
- Assist senior stylists with client consultations, preparation, and aftercare.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation and salon environment.
- Learn and adhere to all salon safety and sanitation protocols.
- Develop proficiency in client communication, consultation, and rapport building.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops.
- Practice and refine techniques outside of client appointments to build speed and skill.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of extension products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive salon experience.
