Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Transit Lead to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing strategic transit operations, optimizing logistics flows, and driving efficiency across high-value sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global supply chain management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of implementing innovative transit solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic transit plans to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness for high-value cargo.
- Lead and mentor a team of transit professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of transit operations, including routing, scheduling, carrier management, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge logistics technologies and methodologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transit initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive continuous optimization efforts.
