Job Description

Window Genie is seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Gutter Cleaning Helper to assist our lead technicians. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable with heights, and are committed to performing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in the manual cleaning and clearing of residential and commercial gutters.
- Safely set up and climb ladders, ensuring stability and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Handle and maintain various tools and equipment required for gutter cleaning, including buckets, scoops, and leaf blowers.
- Perform debris removal from gutters and downspouts.
- Inspect gutters for potential issues and report findings to the lead technician.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy upon completion of services.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, utilizing provided safety gear at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with clients.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to safely lift and carry ladders and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooftops.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor labor, construction, or home services is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic safety procedures for ladder use.
- Comfortable with various weather conditions typical for outdoor work.
