Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Professional Microsoft Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. As a Microsoft Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft-centric solutions for our diverse client base. You will lead technical teams, provide expert guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects utilizing the full spectrum of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in architecting and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft technology solutions for clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of Microsoft specialists, fostering growth and technical excellence.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft technologies, providing guidance and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct technical workshops and presentations for both internal teams and external clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft product developments and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, Serverless).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and security.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar advanced certification.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience in a consulting environment with diverse client engagements.
