Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general site clean-up and maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
  • Dig trenches, clear debris, and prepare work areas.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
  • Assist with site setup and teardown activities.
  • Support other construction activities as directed by supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn and take instruction.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Punctual and dependable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience working in an outdoor environment.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools.
