Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site clean-up and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Dig trenches, clear debris, and prepare work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Assist with site setup and teardown activities.
- Support other construction activities as directed by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take instruction.
- Basic understanding of safety practices (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctual and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working in an outdoor environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools.
