Job Description
Are you a passionate and driven individual looking to kickstart your career in fintech? Stripe is seeking a Fintech Product Intern to join our innovative Payment Solutions team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working on products that empower businesses worldwide. As a remote intern, you will collaborate with experienced product managers, engineers, and designers to contribute to the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge payment products. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from research and ideation to launch and iteration, all while working 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers with market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the payment processing space.
- Contribute to the development of product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Support the product team in analyzing user feedback and data to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure product features are implemented accurately and meet user needs.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance efforts.
- Prepare presentations and reports on product performance and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the fintech industry or payment systems concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in product management, business analysis, or technology.
- Basic understanding of SQL, data analysis tools, or prototyping software.
- Demonstrated interest in payment technologies, e-commerce, or financial services.
