Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Fast Food Prep Hand. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, ensuring our food is always made to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, with the added benefit of weekly direct deposit. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh ingredients, including washing, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and other food items.
- Assist in the preparation of sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Pret A Manger's recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients, ensuring proper rotation and minimising waste.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with general kitchen duties, including washing dishes and cleaning equipment.

- Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1 or 2) is desirable, but training will be provided.
