Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all students, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments for student services and manage the appointment book.
- Process client payments, maintain accurate cash drawer records, and handle daily transactions.
- Assist with student enrollment inquiries and provide general information about school programs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support administrative tasks as needed by school management and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and client information at all times.
- Handle client concerns and escalate issues to appropriate staff members when necessary.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, scheduling software familiarity a plus).
