Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Google Logistics Clerk to join our global supply chain team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the smooth operation of our worldwide logistics network. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring the accurate and timely flow of information and goods across our supply chain. You will utilize Google Workspace tools extensively to manage data, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and support our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into logistics systems and Google Sheets, maintaining high data integrity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and shipment statuses, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., procurement, warehousing) via email and Google Meet.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
  • Generate reports using Google Data Studio and other tools to track key performance indicators.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records in Google Drive.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics and supply chain management teams.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Basic analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Understanding of global trade and customs regulations.
  • Knowledge of an additional language relevant to global operations.
