Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our KFC team as a Fast Food Fry Station team member in our bustling Camden Town location. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a high-speed environment and are eager to learn. As a key part of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing our iconic fried products to the highest standards, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you master the station and become a valuable member of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fryers safely and efficiently to cook a variety of products, including our famous fries and chicken.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation according to KFC recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and speed in all food preparation processes, meeting customer demand during peak hours.
- Monitor oil temperatures, levels, and quality, performing filtration and changes as per established procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Keep the fry station clean, organized, and adequately stocked with ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with other kitchen duties and general restaurant cleanliness as needed.
- Handle inventory rotation for fried products to minimize waste.

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
