Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Strategist with a performance-first mindset to join our team in Newark, NJ. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will combine creative thinking with data-driven insights to manage campaigns, engage audiences, and continuously improve performance across various social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives and performance KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth social media audits, competitive analysis, and audience research to identify opportunities.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply new insights to improve strategies.
- Analyze social media data and metrics, providing regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with content creation teams, graphic designers, and clients to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Manage social media budgets and track spending to ensure maximum ROI.
Required Skills
- Proven experience developing and executing successful social media strategies focused on performance.
- Expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
