Job Description
Are you a keen observer with a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy shopping and providing honest feedback? GfK is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Mystery Shoppers in Norwich and the surrounding Norfolk area. This is a unique opportunity to get paid to shop, dine, and experience services, all while helping businesses improve their customer experience.
As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating various aspects of customer service, product availability, cleanliness, and overall store ambiance. Your detailed feedback will provide invaluable insights that help our clients enhance their operations and better serve their customers.
This flexible, part-time role allows you to choose assignments that fit your schedule. If you have a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to impartiality, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service providers discreetly.
- Perform specific tasks as outlined in each assignment brief (e.g., make a purchase, ask a question, return an item).
- Observe and evaluate the quality of customer service, staff attentiveness, product knowledge, and store environment.
- Complete detailed online reports accurately and within specified deadlines, providing constructive and objective feedback.
- Adhere strictly to assignment guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Strong written communication skills to articulate experiences clearly and objectively.
- Reliable internet access and proficiency with online reporting tools.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain anonymity.
- Punctual and reliable for completing assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a mystery shopper or in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential.
- Familiarity with various retail environments and service industries.
- Access to reliable transportation within Norwich and surrounding areas.
