Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Real Estate Contract Labeler to join our growing data team in Dundee. This role is crucial in enhancing the accuracy and utility of our property data by precisely categorizing and annotating various real estate contracts and documents. You will play a vital part in training our AI systems and improving our search algorithms, directly contributing to a better user experience on the Zoopla platform. Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately label various types of real estate contracts, clauses, and documents (e.g., leases, sales agreements, deeds).
- Identify and extract key data points from unstructured text within property documents.
- Categorize contractual language according to predefined taxonomies and guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of data quality and consistency across all labeled documents.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine labeling guidelines and improve data annotation tools.
- Provide feedback on document parsing and extraction tools to enhance system performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data labeling processes and standards.
