Job Description

Showsec is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Event Stewards / Ushers for weekend work in Inverness. No prior experience is required, as we provide full training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing attendees with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Checking tickets and guiding guests to their seats or designated areas.
- Providing information about the event and venue facilities.
- Monitoring crowd safety and managing queues efficiently.
- Assisting with emergency procedures, including evacuations, if necessary.
- Reporting any incidents, concerns, or hazards to management promptly.
- Ensuring venue rules and regulations are adhered to by attendees.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests.
