Job Description

No prior experience is required, as we provide full training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and directing attendees with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Checking tickets and guiding guests to their seats or designated areas.
  • Providing information about the event and venue facilities.
  • Monitoring crowd safety and managing queues efficiently.
  • Assisting with emergency procedures, including evacuations, if necessary.
  • Reporting any incidents, concerns, or hazards to management promptly.
  • Ensuring venue rules and regulations are adhered to by attendees.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests.
