Job Description
Are you a proactive and physically fit individual looking for an immediate start in a dynamic role? SparkleClean Mobile Pressure Washing is seeking a dedicated Driveway Pressure Wash Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position where you will learn the ropes of professional pressure washing, assist in equipment setup and breakdown, and contribute to maintaining pristine driveways and other exterior surfaces. You will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable skills in mobile equipment operation and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in setting up and tearing down pressure washing equipment, hoses, and attachments.
- Safely operate and maintain mobile pressure washing units under direct supervision.
- Prepare work areas, including moving obstacles and ensuring client property is protected.
- Apply cleaning solutions and follow proper washing techniques for various surfaces, primarily driveways.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, organized, and properly stored at the end of each shift.
- Help with basic equipment maintenance, including checking fluid levels and cleaning filters.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload supplies and equipment from company vehicles.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and bending/kneeling.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to showing up on time.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures or willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality results.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in outdoor labor, construction, landscaping, or cleaning services.
- Familiarity with power tools or mobile equipment.
