Job Description

Join SHEIN as a Pinterest Branding Assistant with a keen focus on digital identity. In this exciting role, you will support our marketing and branding teams in crafting, executing, and optimizing our presence on Pinterest to enhance our brand’s visual identity and engage our global audience. You will be instrumental in maintaining a cohesive and appealing brand image across all Pinterest assets, identifying trends, and ensuring our content resonates with our target demographics. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual passionate about social media, e-commerce, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of Pinterest content strategies that align with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Curate, organize, and upload high-quality visual content (pins, videos, story pins) to SHEIN's Pinterest profiles.
  • Monitor Pinterest trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to ensure brand consistency across all Pinterest assets.
  • Track and report on Pinterest performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage Pinterest boards, ensuring they are visually appealing, organized, and reflect current brand campaigns.
  • Engage with the Pinterest community, respond to comments, and foster a positive brand image.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Pinterest for Business and other social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (US English) for all written communication.

Preferred Qualifications
