Job Description
Salesforce is seeking an experienced and empathetic WFH Wisdom Worker with a Senior Mentorship focus to join our dynamic and globally distributed team. This 100% remote role is designed for individuals passionate about fostering growth, sharing deep insights, and guiding talent across various functions and experience levels within a fast-paced technology environment. You will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development, leveraging your extensive professional journey to empower others. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in mentorship, and the ability to work independently to identify and address the developmental needs of mentees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured mentorship programs for emerging and mid-career professionals.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and coaching to mentees on career development, technical skills, and leadership qualities.
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions and workshops focused on knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and strategies based on extensive professional experience.
- Collaborate with HR and team leads to identify mentorship needs and integrate mentorship into performance development plans.
- Document best practices, create learning resources, and contribute to the evolution of our internal knowledge base.
- Champion Salesforce's culture and values, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a growth mindset among mentees.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., technology, consulting, leadership).
- Proven experience in formal or informal mentorship, coaching, or talent development roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong active listening and empathetic guidance abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
- Proficiency in leveraging remote collaboration tools and virtual communication platforms.
- Independent problem-solving and proactive engagement with mentees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in coaching, leadership development, or related fields.
- Experience working within a large-scale, global technology company.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem.
- Track record of contributing to professional development resources or programs.
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, HR, Organizational Development).
