Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and research on social media best practices and competitor strategies.
- Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages under guidance, maintaining brand voice.
- Support the creation of engaging visual and written content, ensuring alignment with current trends and brand guidelines.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media efforts into larger campaigns.
- Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and new social media features.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated strong understanding and passion for social media platforms and their ecosystems.
- Proven ability to identify and analyze emerging digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
