Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and observant Buffet Quality Auditor to join our culinary team immediately. This is a crucial role focused on ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest experience within our vibrant buffet environments. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily quality audits of all buffet stations, including hot, cold, dessert, and beverage areas.
- Verify food temperatures, freshness, and proper rotation according to established guidelines.
- Assess food presentation for aesthetic appeal, consistency, and portion control.
- Monitor hygiene practices of staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect buffet equipment and serving utensils for cleanliness and functionality.
- Document findings accurately and promptly, reporting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Provide constructive feedback to maintain and elevate buffet standards.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality assurance checklists and procedures.
- Ensure a consistent and pleasant dining experience for all guests through meticulous oversight.
