Job Description

Consolidated Credit is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Debt Settlement Negotiator (Trainee) to join our growing team in Downtown West End, Calgary. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete an intensive training program to understand debt settlement processes, legal guidelines, and negotiation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial situation and discuss viable debt relief options.
  • Negotiate with creditors (banks, collection agencies, etc.) on behalf of clients to achieve favorable debt settlements.
  • Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and clear communication.
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed monthly negotiation and client satisfaction targets.
