Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Corporate Training Video Annotator to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our internal corporate training content by meticulously annotating video materials. This involves identifying key concepts, transcribing dialogue, tagging relevant information, and ensuring the accuracy and searchability of our extensive training library. This is a vital position that directly contributes to the effectiveness and accessibility of learning resources for AWS employees worldwide. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and accurately annotate corporate training videos, identifying key discussion points, actions, and relevant content segments.
- Transcribe spoken dialogue and on-screen text with high precision.
- Categorize and tag video content using predefined taxonomies and guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality of annotations across various training modules.
- Provide feedback on annotation guidelines and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with content developers and learning specialists to understand training objectives and annotation requirements.
- Manage workload effectively to meet established deadlines for video processing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all training materials and sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital annotation tools or willingness to learn quickly.
