Job Description

No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid training in vital signs, CPR, and all necessary skills to ensure you are confident and competent in providing exceptional patient care. As an HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their health, and provide companionship, playing a crucial role in their recovery and well-being. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including ambulation and use of assistive devices.
  • Monitor and record vital signs as trained, reporting any significant changes to the nursing supervisor.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding as needed.
  • Provide companionship and engage patients in stimulating activities.
  • Follow individualized care plans accurately and report observations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Complete CPR training and certification provided by the company.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a caregiving role (formal or informal).
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology.
  • Current CPR certification (though training is provided if not current).
