Job Description

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology, customer engagement, and artificial intelligence? As an AI Customer Success Associate, you will be instrumental in helping our customers maximize their use of Salesforce’s AI-powered solutions, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers to Salesforce's AI products and features, guiding them through initial setup and configuration.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved outcomes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops to educate customers on best practices and new features of AI solutions.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption of AI products, providing insights and recommendations to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and success metrics within Salesforce CRM.
