Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the conceptualization, design, and production of visually compelling content specifically tailored for the Pinterest platform.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new ideas and innovative approaches for visual campaigns.
- Ensure all produced content adheres strictly to Target's brand guidelines, style, and quality standards.
- Support the management of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of Pinterest assets.
- Conduct research on current Pinterest trends, competitor activities, and best practices in visual media.
- Participate in content review sessions, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance visual assets.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, social media, and product teams to align visual content with broader campaign goals.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and proper version control.
Required Skills
- Strong visual aesthetic and an keen eye for detail, composition, and color.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on Pinterest and its visual content requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A portfolio showcasing visual design work (personal projects, academic work, or previous internships are welcome).
- High level of enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
