Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of street lighting and related electrical equipment.
  • Support senior technicians in identifying and diagnosing faults in lighting systems.
  • Help with the installation of new lighting fixtures and components.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain specialist equipment under supervision.
  • Document work completed and report any issues or potential hazards.
  • Participate in scheduled training and development programs.

Required Skills

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good physical condition for manual tasks and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
