Job Description
Are you passionate about language, logic, and improving user experiences? Amazon is seeking a meticulous and analytical Chatbot Response Evaluator to join our innovative AI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality and accuracy of our chatbot interactions by reviewing and providing feedback on AI-generated responses. This is a critical behind-the-scenes role, ensuring our conversational AI is helpful, accurate, and consistent, with absolutely zero phone calls required. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, and grammar against defined guidelines.
- Identify and categorize common errors, biases, and areas for improvement in AI-generated text.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback and corrections to enhance AI model performance.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards across the team.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Contribute to the refinement of evaluation guidelines and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle nuances in language.
- Proficiency in using online tools and interfaces for data entry and evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet weekly targets.
