Job Description

Join Zendesk as a Remote AI Chatbot Moderator and play a crucial role in enhancing our AI-powered customer service solutions. This position focuses entirely on text-based moderation, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and brand alignment of our AI chatbot interactions. You will be responsible for reviewing, optimizing, and training AI responses without any phone work, providing critical support for our digital customer engagement strategies. This is a 100% remote opportunity for individuals based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate AI chatbot conversations to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accuracy, and tone.
  • Identify areas for AI improvement and provide structured feedback to enhance chatbot performance and learning.
  • Create and refine content for AI chatbot responses, including FAQs, automated replies, and conversational flows.
  • Analyze chatbot performance metrics and contribute insights for optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with AI development and content teams to implement improvements and new features.
  • Stay informed on best practices in AI moderation and customer service trends.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all moderated interactions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in language.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
