Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Host to join our boutique shipping center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service for all their shipping, printing, and business needs. You will guide customers through our services, ensure their packages are handled with care, and maintain an organized and welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs as they enter the center.
  • Assist customers with packing, shipping, and tracking packages efficiently and accurately.
  • Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit card payments.
  • Provide detailed information about FedEx Office products and services, including printing, signs, shredding, and virtual mailboxes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including merchandising displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating complex situations as necessary.
  • Manage inventory of shipping supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate, assisting with ordering when needed.
  • Operate various office equipment, including printers, computers, and cash registers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and suggest additional services or products that meet customer needs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and packages.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 75 lbs (with assistance as needed).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or shipping environment.
  • Knowledge of FedEx shipping services and products.
  • Experience with printing equipment and services.
