Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking services.
- Educate customers on the use of self-service options such as ATMs, online banking, and mobile banking.
- Adhere to security procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive branch experience for all customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
