Job Description
As an Apple Business Consultant at Insight, you will be a pivotal advisor for our corporate clients, guiding them in integrating Apple products and solutions into their existing IT infrastructure and business strategies. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, demonstrating the value of Apple’s ecosystem, and designing bespoke solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and user satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving tangible business outcomes and driving growth. The position is based in our Oadby office, collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Apple technologies and solutions for corporate clients.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and technology needs.
- Design and propose tailored Apple-centric solutions, including hardware, software, and services (e.g., macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager, Jamf Pro).
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sales support.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple product releases, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic consulting.
- Provide training and enablement to clients on new Apple deployments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT consulting, technical sales, or solutions architecture, specifically with Apple products.
- Deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem for business (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, tvOS).
- Familiarity with Apple deployment programs (Apple Business Manager) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) certification.
- Experience with other enterprise IT solutions (e.g., Microsoft, networking, security).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a B2B sales or pre-sales environment.
- Project management skills.
