Job Description

We are seeking highly perceptive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as AI Creativity Raters. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating and refining AI-generated content, helping to shape the future of artificial intelligence in creative fields. Your feedback will directly influence the development of advanced AI models, ensuring they produce high-quality, relevant, and creative outputs across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated text and visual designs for creativity, originality, relevance, and overall quality.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on AI outputs using established guidelines and rubrics.
- Identify areas where AI creativity can be improved, suggesting enhancements in style, content, and execution.
- Adhere to strict quality standards and project deadlines.
- Collaborate with a remote team to ensure consistency in ratings and contribute to ongoing training materials.
- Stay informed about current trends in design, writing, and AI technology to provide informed evaluations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to evaluate creative content (design, writing, or similar) objectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with various digital content formats and design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
- Previous experience in content evaluation, quality assurance, editing, or creative roles.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning concepts.
