Job Description
We are seeking a highly innovative and data-driven AI SEO Content Strategist to join our growth marketing team. This is a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered content strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall brand visibility. You will leverage advanced AI tools and machine learning techniques to identify content gaps, predict trends, and create scalable, high-performing content initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, content marketing best practices, and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI-driven SEO content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Utilize AI tools for advanced keyword research, competitive analysis, and content topic generation to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging, high-quality content across various formats (blog posts, landing pages, guides, video scripts) ensuring SEO best practices are met.
- Implement and monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, SEO, and content marketing, incorporating new techniques and technologies into strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, SEO specialists, product marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Define content architecture, internal linking strategies, and technical SEO recommendations for AI-generated and human-edited content.
- Train and mentor junior team members on AI tools and SEO best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in SEO and content strategy, with a strong focus on growth marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Frase.io) for content generation, optimization, and analysis.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in a SaaS company or for a digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and HTML/CSS basics.
- Certifications in SEO, content marketing, or AI tools.
