Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for security protocols and an interest in improving public spaces? Market Force Information is seeking an Airport Terminal Mystery Shopper with a High Security Focus to evaluate the customer experience and security measures at a major airport terminal. In this critical part-time role, you will anonymously observe and report on various aspects of the terminal environment, with particular attention to security procedures, staff adherence to protocols, and overall operational efficiency. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to safer and more efficient travel experiences, with bonus potential for exceptional reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously conduct scheduled visits to designated airport terminals and specific areas within them.
- Observe and meticulously document adherence to security procedures by airport staff, including TSA, airline personnel, and contractors.
- Evaluate customer service interactions, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall atmosphere within the terminal.
- Assess the functionality and presence of security signage, equipment, and personnel.
- Identify and report any potential security vulnerabilities or areas for improvement in operational flow.
- Complete detailed and objective reports online within a specified timeframe, including specific observations and narrative descriptions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
