Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey to become a certified Gym Instructor with PureGym! Our Gym Instructor Trainee program in Rotherham offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to kickstart their career in fitness. Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior Gym Instructors during member inductions and personal training sessions.
- Learn to demonstrate exercises safely and effectively, providing appropriate modifications as needed.
- Actively participate in training modules covering anatomy, physiology, fitness principles, and customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with members, answering questions and providing basic advice on fitness and gym usage.
- Assist with membership inquiries and support administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and refine interpersonal skills to build rapport and motivate members.
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional development through self-study and practical application.
