Job Description
Join the Roberts Hawaii ‘ohana as an Entry Level Chauffeur! We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to provide safe, comfortable, and courteous transportation services to our valued guests and clients across the Big Island. This is an immediate hire opportunity with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles for the transportation of passengers to and from various destinations, including airports, hotels, and attractions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and addressing their needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies, ensuring a smooth and secure ride for all occupants.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep vehicle interiors clean and presentable at all times, reflecting the high standards of Roberts Hawaii.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local roads, routes, and points of interest to provide insightful commentary when appropriate.
- Process digital or paper manifest forms accurately.
Required Skills
- Valid Hawaii State Driver's License (Class A, B, or C with Passenger Endorsement preferred, or willingness to obtain).
- Clean driving record with no major infractions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Familiarity with the Big Island's geography and attractions.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean).
- CPR and First Aid certification.
