Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Google Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA while providing exceptional support to our users. In this role, you will be the frontline for our customers, helping them navigate and troubleshoot issues with various Google products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat for a range of Google products and services.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized internal teams when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their experience.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of knowledge base articles and internal support documentation.
- Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction scores and adherence to service level agreements.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using common computer applications, web browsers, and various operating systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a 100% remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (1+ year) in a remote customer support, technical support, or call center role.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
