Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bank Representative to join our Professional Services team in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of professional services clients, including legal, medical, accounting, and consulting firms. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their unique financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of banking products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with a dedicated portfolio of professional services clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and problem resolution.
  • Identify client needs and proactively offer appropriate banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, treasury management solutions, and wealth management referrals.
  • Conduct regular client outreach and meetings to review financial goals and service satisfaction.
  • Process complex banking transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, such as Commercial Bankers, Treasury Services, and Wealth Management, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends impacting professional services firms.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing professional role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to client confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with professional services clients (e.g., law firms, medical practices).
  • Knowledge of treasury management services or commercial lending products.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
