Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Content Reviewer to join our Internet Safety & Compliance team in Brooklyn, NY. In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across various platforms to ensure adherence to platform policies, community guidelines, and legal regulations. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a safe and secure online environment for millions of users worldwide. This position requires a high degree of discretion, impartiality, and the ability to process sensitive and potentially graphic content.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user-generated content (text, images, video) for adherence to platform guidelines and legal requirements.
- Identify and escalate violations of internet safety policies, including but not limited to hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, and illegal activities.
- Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to complex content moderation decisions, often in ambiguous situations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content review tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent application of policies.
- Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to stay updated on policy changes and emerging online trends.
- Handle sensitive content with maturity, empathy, and resilience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with common office software and web-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Criminology, Sociology, Communications, Psychology).
- Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with internet safety principles and online content policies.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
