Join Dell Technologies as a Remote Customer Service Trainee, a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in technology and customer support without prior experience. Key Responsibilities
- Complete extensive training on Dell Technologies products, services, and customer service protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members and other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy guidelines.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information and system updates.
