Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Flow Verifier to join our team in Garden Grove, CA. This crucial role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of goods through our supply chain using smart working methodologies and digital tools. The Logistics Flow Verifier will play a key role in monitoring, verifying, and documenting logistics processes, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to the optimization of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
- Verify inbound and outbound shipment data against physical inventory and documentation.
- Monitor the movement of goods across various stages of the supply chain using tracking systems.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve flow issues.
- Document findings, generate reports, and maintain accurate records of verification activities.
- Utilize smart working tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in verification processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics flows and reduce errors.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and compliance standards.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
